I am Kasun Achintha Perera and here I will attach the my flight details. I received my baggage 10 days later and baggae was heavily damaged. Here is the damage report given by the person who brought my bagge.
Apart from that my speciall madeup cheese was spoiled. They were 23.99 EUR.
Please look into this immediately, I trusted your flight service and I had to face severe problems.
I already informed about this two days ago but they haven’t reply or haven’t give me any update on my proble.
The Turkisish Airline telephone is not working. Very poor customer handling.
