  1. Hi, My Flight QR707 was rescheduled on July 10 to QR1157 due to overload. They offered a different flight at 5 a.m. For this, they will provide 200 Dollars for each passenger.
Despite their efforts to accommodate me, I was met with a disappointing experience. I was offered a legroom seat due to my leg fracture, but upon boarding, I was informed that this seat had already been purchased. The ground attendant’s response was particularly disheartening. They simply stated, ‘We don’t have this seat available. Let me know if you want to travel on this flight.’ This was a rude and unexpected response from a service provider, especially in a situation where I needed their support the most.
For that reason, I suffered a lot during the flight; my leg was in so much pain and swelled. I requested to shift to another seat, but nothing helped. On the night of July 10, we had to wait, and my 4-year-old son could not sleep and got sick on the flight all the time. He vomited twice and was restless all night—incidents I was surprised to find out from QatarAir, which I always preferred this airline. I need to look into this matter and take it as a serious complaint. I am expecting a good response from the provider.
